Supporting Mothers Beyond Delivery
Comprehensive Care for the Fourth Trimester
The transition into motherhood is one of the most profound physiological and emotional changes a woman will experience. While clinical care during pregnancy is well-defined, structured support often diminishes after delivery—despite the postpartum period being critical to long-term maternal and infant health.
In healthcare, this phase is known as the Fourth Trimester: the first 12 weeks following childbirth, when women undergo significant physical recovery, hormonal shifts, emotional adjustment, and identity transformation. Evidence shows that this period is essential for healing, mental health stabilization, successful infant bonding, and establishing sustainable family routines.
Our program was created to ensure that mothers receive the same level of intentional, evidence-based care after birth as they do during pregnancy.

Dr. Isis G. Anderson, MD, affectionately known as “Dr. Isis,” is a physician, educator, and postpartum health coach dedicated to advancing maternal wellness and medical education. She is the proud mother of a trilingual, straight "A" and 1st Degree Black Belt son. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, she studied at Ross University School of Medicine, American International School of Medicine, and Clark Atlanta University, where she founded the annual “Love Bug” health seminar.
Dr. Isis' passion for medicine was ignited early through science programs and mentorship under a reconstructive plastic surgeon. Personal experiences—including her mother’s survival of Guillain-Barré Syndrome and the loss of her father to COVID-19—deepened her commitment to proactive, patient-centered care and health advocacy.
Recognizing gaps in clinical education, she founded Infinite Royalty, LLC to support medical institutions and students through improved clinical clerkship strategy and guidance. Her career evolved into academic medicine, where she has mentored future physicians and contributed to healthcare innovation.
Building on her medical expertise and lived experience as a mother, Dr. Isis expanded her work into postpartum health coaching, supporting women through the “fourth trimester” with evidence-based education, mental health advocacy, and holistic care strategies.

Mandy is a compassionate postpartum and infant care doula who combines professional training with her invaluable experience as a mother of five. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she has first-hand experience with the Dutch postnatal care philosophy, which prioritizes the mother’s recovery and supports family bonding during the early weeks after birth.
As a mother of five, Mandy brings deep practical insight into the physical, emotional, and logistical transitions that occur in the postpartum period. Her lived experience allows her to anticipate common challenges, normalize the range of maternal emotions, and provide realistic, evidence-informed guidance with empathy and confidence. This perspective enhances her ability to support families not only clinically, but relationally.
Her nurturing personality, calm demeanor, and strong intuition led her to becoming a doula, with a focus on health promotion, risk identification, and practical assistance. She harnesses her experience and education to create a space where parents feel supported, connected, and confident.

Nurse Trotter is a dedicated International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for supporting mothers and families during one of life’s most transformative seasons. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Donique brings warmth, resilience, and cultural richness to her work in maternal and postpartum health.
As the mother of five daughters, she understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that occur during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her personal experiences, combined with her clinical expertise, allow her to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers mothers to feel confident and supported.
Before entering healthcare, Nurse Trotter trained in dance for over 10 years, studying ballet, tap, and jazz—an experience that instilled in her discipline, grace, and a deep appreciation for body awareness and movement, principles she now integrates into her holistic approach to maternal wellness.
Nurse Trotter joined Infinite Healthcare Coach because she recognizes that postpartum wellness is not just about recovery—it is about nurturing the mother, strengthening the newborn’s foundation, and supporting the health of the entire family. Her mission is to ensure that no mother feels unseen, unheard, or unsupported during the fourth trimester and beyond.
